Returns & Shipping
Returns: We always hope that you’re completely satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you’re not, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange. Please email us for our return address. If postage was free with your order we will not be able to refund your returns postage cost. If your item is faulty or there is a problem with your order, we will refund your incurred return postage costs provided you comply with our return instructions and you provide us with a copy of your receipt.
Due to health and safety reasons we are not able to accept returns on the Massage Candle and any Botanical Mists. All special request orders and made to order items are also non returnable or exchangeable.
All of our products are made in-house in our Hackney Studio and most items will be dispatched within 3 working days. Please note that Bank Holidays might cause a delay. If there is an urgency to your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do whatever we can to help.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK orders, and there's an option of either Economy or Tracked to all other countries. Due to the current EU climate there will be customs and duties to pay for International orders.
All of our packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable.
